RESIDENTS are being called on to put their ideas forward on how a Newquay community can be improved.
Treloggan Residents Association is staging its Annual General Meeting at the Tavern Inn on Monday, February 2 at 6.30pm. Mayor Cllr Drew Creek will be in attendance to hear resident’s views and concerns.
Zoe Dixon from the resident’s association, said: “Calling all residents of Treloggan who want to see improvements in our area.
“There is a meeting planned where our local Cornwall councillor and Mayor of Newquay Town Council Drew Creek will be attending so Treloggan residents can raise any points we wish to make him aware of.
“Overgrown footpaths, parking on kerbs, tidying up the old doorstep green area and thoughts on opportunities for older teenagers in the area.
“This and many other issues can be discussed, and we welcome any encourage residents to come along so we can love Treloggan.
“Residents who can’t make the meeting can contact the Treloggan Residents Facebook page beforehand and make opinions known so these can be raised to the councillors on their behalf.”
