Contractor seeks extra trailers

A CONTRACTOR in Fraddon is seeking to amend an existing operators licence to keep an additional seven trailers.

Eric Roberts Contractors Ltd, of Pit Lane, Higher Fraddon, St Columb, TR9 6LG is seeking to site the additional trailers at its operating centre of the same address as listed previously.

Heavy horse club has bolted

A SOCIETY dedicated to celebrating the Cornish heavy horse is no more after members resolved to dissolve the organisation.

In a public notice filed as part of its requirements as a society, the Cornish Heavy Horse Society Ltd, with a registered office of 25 Lemon Street, Truro, Cornwall, TR1 2LS has confirmed that in a general meeting of members on November 7, 2025, it was resolved that the society will be dissolved on January 31, 2026.
