Business seeks alcohol licence

A NEWQUAY based business is seeking approval for the granting of a premises licence.

Robo Bars and Canteen Ltd are seeking to provide late night refreshment and the sale of alcohol from the Robo Bar and Canteen Newquay, Station Approach, Newquay, TR7 2NG.

Change of times for retailer

A FARM shop near Newquay is seeking to amend its premises licence.

Errol Warman of Trevilley Farm, Shop Lane, Newquay, TR8 4PX has submitted an application seeking to add the sales of alcohol and change the operating times that their business can carry out its licensable activities to seven days a week between 8.30am and 11pm.

Representations to Cornwall Council must be made no later than February 24.

Pizza outlet could serve alcohol

A PIZZA business in Newquay could soon sell alcohol if a premises licence is granted.

Pizza Jockeys of Unit 7, Ikonek, Prow Park, Treloggan Industrial Estate, Newquay, TR7 2SX has submitted an application to allow it to sell alcohol for consumption both on and off of the premises.

Representations to Cornwall Council must be made no later than February 19.

Plant hire seeks vehicle licence

A PLANT hire business is seeking to use a location in Roche as an operating centre for three goods vehicles and three trailers.

Matthews Plant (Cornwall) Limited of Numphra House, St Ervan, Wadebridge, PL27 7SH is applying for a licence to use Great Brynn Barton, Roche, St Austell, PL26 8LH as an operating centre.

Representations must be made within 21 days of February 4, 2026.
