PEOPLE living with disabilities are being invited to connect over coffee in Newquay to help combat isolation.
The Smile 24/7 event for adults living with physical disability and mobility impairment will be held at the Steam Bar in Cliff Road on Thursday, March 26 at 2pm.
Jo Ulczak, who wrote the book The Mask That Always Smiles, to help disabled people on their road to recovery is organising the event.
She said: “I would like to encourage all individuals living with disability to come along.
“If you have physical concerns or are in a chair, please make sure you come. I really want to meet you, hear your stories and hopefully we can help one another.
“Let’s get out there and smile together.”
