A thriving chair yoga group meeting at the Oddfellows Hall in Redruth is now providing an accessible and engaging way for members of the Oddfellows to enhance their well-being.
Held on a monthly basis, these sessions offer a perfect blend of movement, mindfulness and social connection.
Led by a qualified, experienced and skilled instructor who has delivered yoga sessions for the NHS and other community organisations, participants of all abilities are guided through gentle, chair-based exercises that focus on flexibility, strength and relaxation.
Whether you have previous experience of yoga or are new to the practice, these classes offer a welcoming environment for all. The sessions are free for Oddfellows members, making it a fantastic benefit for those already involved in the organisation.
Non-members are also warmly invited to join in for a small fee, with all contributions going directly to the Oddfellows charity fund. This fund supports a variety of local initiatives, helping to make a tangible difference in the community.
As spaces are limited, non-members must book in advance by contacting Oddfellows secretary, Peter English.
