Actor Julian Seager, who appears in Vikings Valhalla as Jarl Gorm, Fisherman's Friends and Death Race 4, was the star guest at the Comic Con. He was on hand to talk about his various roles as well as sign autographs and pose for pictures.

Julian said: “I love attending Comic Con events. I’ve done so many. It is great meeting fans and talking about the roles I’ve played.
“I think the best film I’ve ever been in was Muppets Most Wanted. The muppets had to always talk as muppets and not as humans throughout filming. I have fond memories of that. A dream role for me was working as a Jedha rebel in Rogue One.”
Nik Harbour from Droid Builders UK showed off the various droids he has created including R2-D2, K2-SO and Flo. The St Columb Major resident has worked on various Star Wars Disney series as a droid puppeteer including Rogue One and Ahsoka Season Two.

Nik said: “I like attending Comic Cons as people are used to seeing the droids on the screen but not in real life. It brings a smile to their face. Especially when R2-D2 moves.”
Organiser Lisa from UKCGF said: “This is the second Comic Con we’ve done in Newquay. I hope everyone has had a great time.”
