LOCAL historian, photograph collector and Voice reader Barrie Doney has no shortage of pictures and stories from Cornwall’s past, which he shares with Voice Newspaper readers every week.

This week’s photograph shows a now long-disappeared scene in Bodmin.

Barrie says of this photograph: “Charles Gregory, originally Doney & Ward, (my great uncle) at the bottom of Robartes Hill, Bodmin. The works and cottages are now replaced with flats, which were renamed Gregorys Court.”
