A WOMEN’S Institute in Newquay had lots of ‘foot-stompin' fun to celebrate its 12th birthday,
Around 50 members of Peaches and Cream enjoyed learning line dancing routines in the WI Hall in Crantock Street. Many dressed as cowboys for the occasion and there was even a cow.
A spokesperson said: “We enjoyed learning three western style line dances with many members showing their talent on the dance floor. There was lots of stomping, ye-ha's and laughter throughout
“This was followed by yummy cake, fizz and coffee to celebrate.
“Congratulations to our best dancer best outfit awards winners who won the great prize of wagon wheels. Another fun evening at Beaches and Cream.”
