STUDENTS, families and staff are celebrating at Saltash Community School today as the Year 13 cohort received an ‘excellent’ set of A Level and Cambridge National results.
Among this year's standout achievements is James B, who achieved an exceptional AAAA and will be heading to the University of Bristol to study Chemistry.
Also celebrating outstanding results are Matt S, who achieved AAB, and Ruby S, who was rewarded with a AAB and will be taking up a place at University College London (UCL) to study Human Neuroscience.
There are many exciting destinations ahead for members of this year's cohort. Charlie T is preparing to begin his dream course in Palaeontology, while Holly P will be continuing her educational journey at Cardiff Metropolitan University. Reece S will take up his unconditional offer of Games Art and Animation and Connor W will be taking up his unconditional offer of Creative Media.
The school has also celebrated the efforts of Yegor P, Illia P and Sascha M, who have inspired everyone students and staff after arriving in the UK from Ukraine only a relatively short time ago. They have embraced every opportunity available and worked with amazing determination.
A spokesperson for Saltash Community School said: “While it is impossible to mention every individual success story, we are so proud of the achievements of this year group.
“Each student has made their own unique contribution to life in the Sixth Form and leaves us with accomplishments that reflect their talents, ambition and perseverance. It has been a privilege to teach, support and get to know every one of them, and to have them as members of our Sixth Form community.
