BOARDMASTERS delivered an epic five days of action for surf and music fans.
More than 50,000 daily attendees gathered at the festival site at Watergate Bay, which featured headliners Fatboy Slim, Lily Allen and Kasabian.

While traditionally known as a teenage post-exam milestone, this year featured a visibly wider mix of attendees from young families to older music enthusiasts.
Fatboy Slim headlined the opening night and created a massive, bouncing sea of people with his mixes of huge classic dance anthems spanning five decades of music.
The Kooks delivered an indie-rock crowd pleasing performance earlier in the evening while Dizzee Rascal brought high-energy hip-hop and grime to the main crowd.

Saturday headliner Lily Allen turned the beachside setting into her boudoir. The pop icon performed a highly theatrical concept show focusing on her acclaimed album West End Girl. Other highlights on Saturday included an emotional performance from Ren on the main stage while a high-tempo set from Nia Archives kept the energy up late into the night.

The Mordros stage attracted huge crowds with The Darkness delivering a high-energy rock set and Pendulum’s was a high-octane spectacle.

Kasabian closed out the festival on Sunday night with a relentless rock set. Loyle Carner delivered a deeply soulful, high-energy penultimate performance on the main stage.

Other highlights on the closing day included performances from Goldie, Tinie Tempah, Joe Crookes, General Levy and Essy Sparrow, the Cornwall-based indie-folk artist and inaugural winner of the Boardmasters Breaking competition who opened the main stage.

Large crowds also attended the Boardmasters YETI Pro QS 4,000 at Fistral Beach. Sam Piter from France won the men’s shortboard title and Janire Gonzalez Etxabarri from the Basque Country won the women’s shortboard title.
