REGGAE fans were treated to a performance by legendary dub and dancehall DJ Don Letts in Truro on Friday night.

The Old Bakery Studios was packed for his set of old and new school dub reggae.

Don played an eclectic genre of music mixing everything from Kate Bush to the Eurythmics in a reggae style.

The filmmaker, DJ and musician first came to prominence as the videographer for the Clash directing several of their music videos.

He co-founded the band Big Audio Dynamite with former Clash lead guitarist and co-lead vocalist Mick Jones and also managed the all woman punk group The Slits.

In the '90s Don formed ‘Screaming Target’ and DJed at reggae and alternative venues across the world.
