A RAIL attraction near St Newlyn East is on track for a successful year ahead after receiving a prestigious award.

Lappa Valley has been recognised with four top honours at the 2025 Primary Times Cornwall Star Awards.

The attraction was awarded “best recommendation to friends and family, best value for money, best family full day out and the coveted overall winner accolade.

The awards were voted for by families across Cornwall, with readers of Primary Times invited to celebrate their favourite family-friendly places and “give them a vote of thanks.”

Consistently positive reviews mean that Lappa Valley has also been named among the top 10 per cent of things to do worldwide in the Tripadvisor Travellers’ Choice Awards.
