QUIZZERS are being given the opportunity to take on The Chaser at a charity quiz night being staged in Newquay.

The Dark Destroyer (Shaun Wallace) from The Chase will be the quizmaster at a fun-filled fundraiser in support of Penhaligon's Friends, being held in the ballroom at the Atlantic Hotel on May 15 from 7pm.

A spokesperson for Newell’s Travel, which is organising the fundraiser, said: “The charity quiz night will be a chance to step into the action and truly put your mind to the test by one of the formidable Chasers, the legendary Dark Destroyer.

“This thrilling evening is the perfect event to put your quiz team to the test.

“It is £100 per table for up to 10 people and there are only a few tables remaining.”
