The school welcomed six local businesses and two colleges for a morning packed with career conversations, networking opportunities, and real-world insight.

Students engaged confidently with professionals and education providers, asking thoughtful questions and soaking up advice that left many feeling more focused and excited about their futures.

Organisations in attendance included:

  • Kehelland Trust
  • Truro and Penwith College
  • Shore Asset Finance
  • Brooks Financial Planning
  • RG Kellow
  • The Business Supplies Group
  • Cornwall College

The atmosphere buzzed with energy and enthusiasm as students explored career pathways, developed networking skills, and began to visualise life beyond school. Visitors were quick to praise the students’ curiosity, confidence, and professionalism throughout the event.

Nick Ward, principal at Pool Academy said: “The Business Breakfast was a brilliant success, our students really rose to the occasion.
