CORNWALL Council has utilised a public notice to confirm its intentions to dispose of land under its ownership in West Cornwall.

It is required to notify the public under the Local Government Act of 1972 whenever it seeks to dispose of open land that it owns.

In Penryn, the local authority wishes to sell land at Holly Tree Lane, located on Greenwood Crescent in Penryn.

Meanwhile, in Pool, it seeks to dispose of land located between the properties known as 44 and 45 Treloweth Way, in Pool, Redruth.

Anyone wishing to see a copy of the plan can request it by writing to Cornwall Council.

The deadline for any person to make an objection or representation in respect of the proposed land disposal must be made to Estates Delivery, Cornwall Council, New County Hall, Treyew Road, Truro, TR1 3AY with a deadline to do so of July 9, 2026.
