LOCAL historian, photograph collector and Voice reader Barrie Doney has no shortage of pictures and stories from Cornwall’s past, which he shares with Voice Newspaper readers every week.

This week’s photograph takes us to a Bodmin sight since changed.

Barrie says of this photograph: "This was a private house at the bottom of Rhind Street where a Mr and Mrs Richards lived. Over the years it was added to by different owners and eventually became Westberry Hotel. None of the original was demolished, just added to and eventually became what you see now.”
