A NEWQUAY man is wanted in relation to reports of assaults, non-fatal strangulation and stalking.

Simon Caunce, aged 46, is described as being a white male, around 5ft 8ins tall, of slim build, with messy ginger/fair hair and blue eyes. Caunce also has links to Truro, Redruth and Falmouth.

A police spokesperson said: “We are appealing for the public’s help locating 46-year-old Simon Caunce from Newquay.

“Extensive enquiries have been made to locate Caunce and we are now asking the public not to approach him, but to report any sightings of him.”

Anybody who has seen Caunce or knows of his whereabouts is asked to call 999 quoting log 883 of 1 September.
