THERE was lots of splashing in puddles but also lots of smiles at the Tunes in the Park music festival held over the bank holiday weekend.

Thousands of festivalgoers attended the four-day family friendly event at the picturesque Port Eliot Estate in St Germans, which was headlined by Razorlight, Faithless and Jessie J.

Other top acts included Kelis, Reef, a Basement Jaxx DJ set, Alabama 3, Gentlemen’s Dub Club, Gok Wan, Mad Dod Mcrea, Black Friday and the Land of Giants.

Festivalgoers had four stages to choose from and there was lots of laughs with comedians Russel Kane, Sean Walsh and Jason Manford performing.

Various attractions were organised including a wellbeing area, silent disco, archery, axe throwing, a kid’s fun house and a Wild Saloon inflatable theme park.
