THE community is being invited to enter their gardens in Newquay for annual competition.

Entries are open for the various categories in the Newquay in Bloom Garden Competition 2026, which include courtyard gardens, wildlife gardens, ponds and allotments.

Lesley Friel from Newquay in Bloom said: “We really hope some first timers will enter this year as so often they are surprised at how rewarding the experience can be.

“If you love your garden and get a lot of pleasure from it you may be surprised to find that our judges do too.”

Entry is free and the closing date is June 16 with judging on June 23 and 24.
