A CELEBRITY chef is to dish up his popular food festival in Summercourt.
Chef Adam Handling is bringing back the AHC Food Festival for a second year running to The Tartan Fox between June 12 and 14.
The food festival will showcase the best of the Adam Handling Collection (AHC), bringing the restaurants, pubs, bars and shops together again.
The event will include chef demonstrations, live music, wine masterclasses and blind tastings, cocktails, an artisan market and dishes straight from the teams at Frog by Adam Handling, Ugly Butterfly, The Loch & the Tyne, The Tartan Fox and the Adam Handling Chocolate Shop.
Guests can expect a range of dishes including including The Loch & the Tyne’s Cheese Doughnuts, The Tartan Fox’s Fried courgette flower, goat's cheese, thyme & hone’, as well as Michelin-starred restaurant Frog’s BBQ saddle of lamb, cauliflower puree, Jerusalem artichoke, capers as well as Ugly Butterfly’s steamed cod, white beans, lobster ragu, Ahrelia caviar.
The Eve bar will be offering a signature selection of cocktails and the AH own label English sparkling wine stall will be out in full force too.
There will be plenty to keep the children entertained at the Fox Cub’s Corner from face painting to toasting marshmallows over the fire.
The festival will begin with an opening night lobster feast on Friday, June 12, at midday.
Paul Stradling, the head chocolatier from Adam Handling Chocolate Shop, will host a series of masterclasses and food demos, including Blind wine tastings with Kelvin McCabe and Exploring Cornwall's Larder with Jamie Park.
Adam himself will also be hosting a three-course meal with Adam Handling’ chef demo on each of the days.
Various live music will be staged throughout the festival, which will include local musician Josh Curnow and Blues & folk musician, Rhys 'Grizzly' Morgan.
