Today is International Coffee Day, as recognised by the United Nations General Assembly. It’s an event that reflects the crop’s vital role in sustainable development and the lives of over 125 million people worldwide.
What better way to celebrate than by imbibing in one of Cornwall’s many brilliant independent coffee shops? Reporters Kirstie Newton and Phoebe Mitchell indulged in a mocha and an iced vanilla latte at 108 Coffee in Kenywn Street, Truro, run by Charlie and Dava Wilson (pictured).
