POLICE have launched an appeal to identify two suspects following an aggravated burglary in Newquay.

An attempt was made to force entry into a property in Trelawney Road with a hammer on Monday, December 22 at around 11pm.

The suspects entered a garden but left empty handed after being disturbed and failing to gain entry to the property itself.

A spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall Police said: “We are seeking the public’s help to identify these two men following an aggravated burglary in Newquay.

“It is believed the men pictured may be able to assist with enquiries.”
