THE A30 has been blocked in both directions after a lorry overturned.

Cornwall Fire Rescue Service, police and the ambulance service are attending the scene at Allet following the incident, which happened at 2pm.

Traffic monitoring website, Inrix, said: "A30 in both directions blocked, queueing traffic due to overturned lorry from B3288 (Allet Turn Off, Allet) to A39 (Carland Cross, Carland Cross)."

It was later confirmed that the lorry was an overturned septic tank and spillage.
