NOMINATIONS are being invited for the Liskeard Community Champion Awards 2024.
The accolades will recognise residents whose hard work is making a difference to life in the town.
The awards are open to individuals, businesses and groups, and will be presented for a wide range of voluntary endeavours including: actions which bring the community together; environmental initiatives; community service; helping others; and acts of neighbourliness.
The awards will be given out at the Annual Town Meeting on Thursday, March 21, in the Public Hall.
Nominations forms are available from the Liskeard Town Council website at www.liskeard.gov.uk/notices/ or the council office at 3-5 West Street and the tourist information centre at the museum in Pike Street.
