NEWQUAY students celebrated in style to mark the end of their GCSEs.
Year 11 students at Newquay Tretherras wore their finest frocks and smartest suits to attend their prom held at the Headland Hotel.

Students arrived in an impressive variety of vehicles, delighting the crowds of parents and spectators who gathered to witness the occasion, which included sports cars, soft tops, Land Rovers and a cavalcade of motorcycles.
A Newquay Tretherras spokesperson said: “Year 11 students gathered to celebrate the end of a significant chapter in their academic journey.
“The evening provided an elegant and memorable setting for students to mark the end of an important chapter in their education.
“Guests arrived in formal attire and enjoyed a red-carpet welcome, followed by a beautifully arranged evening of dining, music, and dancing.
“The evening was filled with elegance, laughter, and unforgettable memories as students arrived dressed to impress and ready to enjoy one final night together. The prom was a fitting celebration of the hard work and achievements of the Class of 2025.
“We wish our Year 11 leavers the very best as they move forward to new opportunities and bright futures.”
