A member of a choir closely tied to RAF St Mawgan has performed at a special musical event held at the UK’s year-round centre of remembrance.
Nicola Ormerod from the St Mawgan Military Wives Choir sang at the National Memorial Arboretum in Staffordshire to honour the armed forces community.
The performance brought together voices from across the military community in a setting dedicated to remembrance and reflection.
Nicola said: “To stand and sing at the National Memorial Arboretum alongside other members of the military community was incredibly special.
“It meant a great deal to represent both the military community and my Cornish roots at such an important place.
“The Military Wives Choir is about much more than music. It provides friendship, support and a sense of belonging.”
