POLICE have released pictures of a man they would like to speak to in connection with an assault in Newquay.

A man sustained head and facial injuries after he was assaulted in Bank Street on Sunday, March 9, between 4am and 5am.
A Devon and Cornwall Police spokesperson said: “We are investigating a report of assault in Newquay and have released pictures of a man we would like to speak to in connection with the incident.
“It was reported that a man was assaulted and sustained head and facial injuries which required hospital treatment
“Officers investigating the incident would like to identify the man pictured as they believe he may be able to assist with their enquiries.”
