Vehicle licensing applications
Cornwall Waste Care Ltd of 24 St Francis Meadow, Mitchell have applied to use a location as an operating centre to keep six goods vehicle and no trailers at a location in St Newlyn East.
It is based at Unit 1, Nancemere Farm, St Newlyn East, Cornwall, TR8 5JA
In this instance, owners or occupiers of land, including buildings near the operating centre who believe that there will be an impact on their enjoyment and use of the land are asked to make representations to the traffic commissioner within 21 days of October 18.

Licence application
AN application for the granting of a premises licence has been submitted to Cornwall Council for a business in Truro.
Tesco Stores Ltd has submitted a licence application for the granting of a premises licence for their business at Tesco Express, 32 Boscawen Street, Truro, TR1 2QQ.
As part of the present requirements for the licensing of the sale and consumption of alcohol, businesses are required to advertise their proposals in a local newspaper in order that residents can be informed and make representations in respect of it.
In this application, Tesco Stores Ltd is seeking to grant an amended premises licence for the above-mentioned address.
The variation would, if granted amend the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises on the days of Monday to Sunday from 6pm until 11pm.
