After a scorching weekend and start to the week, the weather will be cloudier and there will be a drop in temperature for several days now.
There are still plenty of octopus catching and a few more lobsters as well.
Gig rowing is in full swing now with novices, juniors and local races.
A couple gigs are on the way back from the Scillies this week.
There has been an aircraft carrier in the bay for couple of days.
The Queen Elizabeth has moved up towards Padstow now.
The replica galleon Nao Santa Maria is also in Padstow.
There is no entertainment this Saturday at Newquay Rowing Club.
