The car event born in 1987, which was brought back last year following a 10 year absence, will once again focus on pre 1980 VW Air-cooled, custom cars and hotrods.

The music line up includes Goldie Live, Jaguar Skills, Krafty Kuts, Slipmatt, The NextMen, Afriquoi and The Scribes.

Event director Andreas Christopheros said: “It’s great to be back on the Run with Run to the Sun.

“We are really pleased with the line-up and support for this year’s event.

“It’s been an emotional journey bringing back one of the UK’s most notorious car and music events as we adventured down memory lane.

“We have shifted the focus of the event back to the cool and custom classic cars that made RTTS so popular in its early years.

“The weekend kicks off with a cruise from Reading to Newquay on Friday.

“The roads will be lined with the sight, sounds, and aromas of the custom cars and air-cooled VWs.

“The cruise aims to land at the RTTS site at around 5pm on Friday, setting the stage for a weekend full of festivities.

“This year's music line-up at RTTS is truly impressive, with heavyweights from the world of music taking centre stage.

“The music line-up spans across various genres, from world music to dance to hip hop, ensuring there's something for everyone.

“On Friday, the headliner is Goldie Live Ensemble, which promises to be an unforgettable experience.

“But that's not all RTTS has curated a range of activities, from bespoke car shows to the Comedy Club, RTTS pub quizzes, and even children's activities and fairground rides.

“RTTS has taken steps to ensure that the show is limited to thew cool and classic cars, giving attendees a chance to appreciate the beauty of Custom Cars and Vintage VWs.

“But don't worry if you don't own a classic car - there are ticket options available for anyone who just wants to come and enjoy the festivities.
