A WELLNESS coach who swopped London’s fast-paced fashion world for a slower life by the sea is hosting a brand-new retreat in Newquay.
Kylie Griffiths-Wilson is staging the Reset Retreat at SeaSpace on Friday, October 3 between 10.30am and 2.30pm.
The one-day retreat, which is designed for busy parents, creatives, and professionals running on empty, aims to give attendees practical, science-backed tools to calm their nervous systems, and restore balance.
Kylie built her career in the creative industries as Fashion editor at VICE, a DJ, and a celebrity stylist working with artists such as Little Mix, James Arthur, 5SOS, and Bring Me the Horizon. She retrained as a certified meditation teacher, integrative health coach, and energy worker after experiencing burnout and anxiety.
She founded Stress Sucks to make stress management practical, accessible, and culturally relevant blending nervous system science with tools that actually fit into everyday life. Kylie’s mission is to help people feel calm, resilient, and more themselves again through classes, online programs, a podcast and retreats.
Kylie said: “I know what it’s like to run on empty and we don’t all have the luxury of two weeks to reset. This retreat gives people real tools they can use in 60 seconds, in daily life, to stop stress spiralling.”
