A NEW housebuilder has been chosen by the Duchy of Cornwall to deliver homes at the Nansledan development in Newquay.

Wyatt Homes will develop a 4.2-acre site as part of the Nansledan development, which has achieved completion of almost 900 homes to date, with a total of 4,000 homes to be delivered by around 2045.

The properties to be built by Wyatt Homes, of which 30 per cent will be affordable, will all be “highly sustainable” and will contribute to Nanlsedan's wider sustainability strategy, including a focus on being low carbon in construction and operation.

The Nansledan development will be Wyatt Homes first project in Cornwall after building a reputation for crafting characterful homes across Dorset, Somerset and Hampshire.

Wyatt Homes is working on the Nansledan project with HSBC and National Housing Bank.
