A BUCKET collection held at the recent Cornish Pirates versus Doncaster Knights game in support of the Cornwall Air Ambulance, raised the magnificent sum of £861.73.

Speaking on behalf of Cornwall Air Ambulance, Corporate Partnerships manager Julia Jeffery, said:“Firstly, thanks are extended to the Cornish Pirates for inviting us along to make a bucket collection at what was also a fantastic game!

“On behalf of everyone at Cornwall Air Ambulance we would also like to extend our gratitude to the incredibly generous supporters who enabled us to raise an amazing £861.73. It is thanks to such support that we can continue to be there for the people of Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly when they need us most.”
