A LUXURY £16million riverside redevelopment scheme in Newquay is taking shape.
Acorn Property Group is constructing 24 residential units overlooking the Gannel Estuary on the site of the former California Hotel in Pentire Crescent.
The housing complex, which will be called Gannel Waterside, will include 18 two-bedroom apartments, two four-bedroom penthouses, and four four-bedroom houses.
Prices for the apartments start at £695,000 and the houses from £1,650,000.
