People struggling to pay their mortgage are being invited to get advice at a free seminar being held in Newquay on Saturday.

James Savage, the owner and advisor at Cheap Mortgage Quotes, is staging the event at the Sandy Lodge Hotel at Hilgrove Road at 10am.

James said: “It's a free event and we will be covering all things including interest rates, mortgages rates, what to do if your mortgage rate is ending, what to do if you feel you'd struggle to pay it, housing market overview, how much can you buy a house for and what schemes are available to locals.

“We are doing this to help as many people as we can who may not know where to turn to.”
