A former bank building in Perranporth has started a new chapter as a community library.

The project, which was led by Perranzabuloe Parish Council in partnership with Cornwall Council Libraries, has transformed the building in Boscawen Road into a welcoming, accessible space for local people.

A spokesperson for Perranporth Library said: “We would like to say a massive thank you to everyone who came to our very busy opening of the new community library as well as to everyone who has popped in to explore our lovely new space.

“It’s incredible to see how many people are excited for this change.”
