PEOPLE are being given the opportunity to party beneath the red planet in Truro.
Quick Panda Productions is staging Life on Mars: A Silent Disco Experience at Truro Cathedral on Saturday, November 1 between 7pm and 11pm.
Partygoers will be able to step into an otherworldly evening beneath the Mars: War and Peace installation by renowned UK artist Luke Jerram. The seven-metre spherical sculpture, featuring detailed NASA imagery of the Martian surface, sets the stage for a silent disco experience in the cathedral.
The event will kick off with a family-friendly Monsters vs Aliens family silent disco from 6pm to 8pm, where children and parents alike can dance the evening away in a cosmic-themed adventure.
The cathedral will transform into a vibrant space for the over 18s silent disco from 8.30pm to 11pm, offering a unique Silent Disco experience under the glow of Mars.
Ian Whittaker from Quick Panda Productions said: “Join us for this magical evening where the wonders of space meet the joy of music, all in the heart of Cornwall’s iconic cathedral.”
