The Cornish Pirates have announced that Crusty Juggler Rum will be sponsoring them this season.
Crusty Juggler is a black spiced rum produced in Cornwall.
Tom Hanson, co-founder of Crusty Juggler Rum, said: We’re incredibly excited to be the official rum of the Cornish Pirates for the 2023/24 season. We’re huge rugby fans so to be involved with this fantastic local club is a big honour.”
Cornish Pirates’ CEO Rebecca Thomas added: “Keeping it local again with this exciting new partnership, what a great Cornish brand and product Crusty Juggler is. The Pirates and Rum association is long standing and so to welcome Crusty Juggler on board as our official rum partner was a great fit and one we are really excited about for the season ahead.”
Crusty Juggler starts with the finest Caribbean rum, rich molasses, and deep Demerara sugar. When the base rum is ready, orange peel and carefully selected spices are added, including ginger, cinnamon, clove and vanilla. Finally, the rum is transferred into ex-bourbon whiskey casks where it mellows and matures.
Crafted in small batches and bottled by hand, Crusty Juggler’s Black Spiced Rum is finished with a wax seal and stamped with the mark of the Custy Juggler as a sign of quality and provenance.
