THE community is being invited to hop along to an Easter coffee morning fundraiser being staged in Crantock.

Crantock Methodist Church is holding the event on Saturday, March 28 between 10.30am and 12pm.

There will be books, cakes, good as new stalls and a raffle. Everyone welcome.

Elsewhere a free Easter Trail is being held around Newquay between April 7 and April 18.

A spokesperson for Visit Newquay said: “Go to the Tourist Information Centre at Newquay Library to collect a clue sheet to where the eggs are hidden.

“The Easter Bunny has been busy and hidden Easter Eggs in various shops around Newquay. All you have to do is work out the clue and go to the shop you think it is.”
