POLICE are appealing to the public for information to help locate a 19-year-old man wanted in connection with a sexual assault investigation.

Dylan Cleave, from St Ive, near Liskeard, is being sought following extensive enquiries by officers.

Cleave is described as a white male, around 5ft 6ins tall and of medium build.

Police say he has links to Liskeard, Callington, St Columb and Newquay.

Officers are now asking members of the public to come forward with any information that could help establish his whereabouts.

A spokesperson said: “We are appealing for information to help locate a man wanted in connection with a sexual assault investigation.”

The public are being urged not to approach Cleave if they see him, but to contact police immediately. Anyone who sees him is asked to call 999, quoting reference 50260212233.

Information can also be passed to police by calling 101 or through the force website.
