POLICE are appealing to the public for help identifying a man following an aggravated burglary in Newquay.

Devon and Cornwall Police received reports three men entered a property on Trelawney Road on Sunday, June 15 at around 10pm.

Police say they assaulted and threatened people inside before leaving the scene with a quantity of cash and jewellery.

Nobody was seriously injured during the incident.

Officers have been investigating the incident and are now turning to the public for assistance identifying the man pictured, as it is believed he may be able to assist with enquires.

A police spokesperson said: “We are aware the image of not of the highest quality but it is all we have available at present.”
