A baby was freed from a locked vehicle in Truro city centre yesterday.

An appliance from Truro attended a call to a baby accidentally locked inside a car in Carclew Street at 1pm yesterday.

On arrival, firefighters successfully gained entry to the vehicle, causing minimal damage and reuniting the family.
