POLICE are appealing for help to identify potential witnesses following an unexplained death in Penryn.
A 20-year-old man was discovered deceased underneath Collegewood viaduct on April 27, 2025, at 8.40am.
Detectives investigating the death have images of two men who may have come into contact with the deceased man earlier in the evening.

A Devon and Cornwall Police spokesperson said: “We are appealing for the public’s help to identify potential witnesses as part of an ongoing investigation in Penryn.
“Detectives are investigating the unexplained death of a 20-year-old man which occurred on 27 April 2025.
“Officers were called at 8.40am after the man was discovered underneath Collegewood Viaduct Sadly, he was pronounced deceased at the scene.
“Since the incident, detectives have been carrying out a number of enquiries in order to establish the full circumstances of the incident.
“We now have an image of two men who we are seeking as potential witnesses as they may have come into contact with the deceased man earlier in the evening.
“Efforts have been made to identify them via other means, but we are now appealing for the public’s help with this enquiry.”
