THE ladies completed the second round of their Winter League on Tuesday, December 16.

The winners with 42 points were Carol Sparrow and Sue Sykes, just one ahead of Debbie Cain and Pat Greenwood in second.

Joyce Cain took the honours in the nine-hole competition with 17 points, one point clear of Meg Platton. Eileen Avery was third with 14.

On Thursday, December 18, the Senior Ladies had to be content with coffee, cake and festive activities as the weather saw their competition cancelled.
