LEADERS St Austell kept up their 100% start to the South West Peninsula League Premier West season with a 4-0 home victory over St Dennis last night.
Striker Adam Carter gave the Saints the lead three minutes before the break with his sixth goal of the season.
George Marris added a second in first-half injury time to make it 2-0 at the break, and he added his second of the game in the 68th minute.
Connor Wharton got St Austell's fourth goal 11 minutes from time to put them three points clear at the top of the table.
Daniel O'Hara scored the only goal of the game three minutes from time as Sticker triumphed 1-0 over Wadebridge Town at Burngullow Park.
Wadebridge dominated a lot of the game but they could not break down a brilliant home defence.
Wendron United are fifth in the table, with two wins out of two, after a 5-2 home victory over Penzance, coming from behind after trailing 2-0, thanks to a Charlie Young hat-trick.
Rolandos Samnauskas gave the visitors a 12th-minute lead, and Kam Collins made it 2-0 16 minutes later.
Young pulled a goal back for the hosts in the 35th minute to make it 2-1 at the interval.
However, the second half was a different story as Wendron scored four goals without reply, through Reece Carroll (50 mins) Young again (61), Josh Woods (70) and Young's hat-trick goal (80).
