The Bond Timber Cornwall Cricket League divisions for 2023 have been confirmed following the usual January 1 deadline.
League founder members Truro are relegated for the first time, with Helston promoted to the Premier League.
In County Division One, Callington seconds and Werrington seconds are relegated and replaced by Penzance seconds and Roche.
To balance east and west, three teams are promoted in the remaining west divisions. In division two, Hayle 2, Ludgvan and Helston 2 replace Barripper and St Gluvias, in division three Gerrans, Praze and St Just 3 are promoted.
Beacon 2 are relegated and sadly St Buryan, who joined the league in 1947 after playing in the West Penwith League from the turn of the century, have folded. They were county champions in 1999 and 2000.
Camborne 3, Crofty Holman and Perranporth 2 move up to division four, replacing Mt Hawke and Porthtowan 2. Rosudgeon, St Day, Mawnan and Troon are promoted to division five with only Porthleven relegated.
Gulval 2 have been readmitted to division six where seven teams will play each other three times.
In the east St Minver and Luckett are promoted to division two, replacing Grampound Road 2, Tideford and Callington 3.
In division three Pencarrow and Saltash St Stephens replace Werrington 3, Lanhydrock 2 and Bugle.
In division four, St Minver 2 and St Stephen move up at the expense of South Petherwin 2 and Bude 2.
In division five St Austell 4 and Gunnislake are promoted. Boconnoc 2 are relegated to division six where Luckett 2 and Tideford 2 have been readmitted to form a seven-team division playing each other three times.
Division six central has 11 teams with the good news is that Gorran have returned to the league.
With bank holidays no longer used in the regular schedule, the season is set to start on Saturday April 15 – the earliest ever.
The final league games are on Saturday September 9.
