A former supermarket site in Truro city centre is heading to auction.
The building in Victoria Square, which formally occupied Co-op, Somerfield and Argos is among lots listed by Clive Emson Auctioneers.
The property has an estimated rental income of £71,000 per annum and has a freehold guide price of £200,000 plus.
Auction appraiser Steve Appleby said: “This is a substantial city centre commercial building with extensive accommodation arranged over multiple levels.
“It was formerly occupied in part by Co-op, Somerfield and Argos and is well placed for city centre amenities, public transport links and nearby car parking.
“Part of the building is let to two tenants delivering £21,000 per annum although the estimated total rental value of the property is £71,000 per annum.
“The building offers scope for re-letting, sub-division or even owner-occupation, subject to the necessary consents.”
The online auction concludes on September 24.
