THE summer weather looks set fair for the St Austell Town Centre Summer Fayre.

Forecasters are predicting temperatures well above 20 degrees on Saturday, June 21, when the big event is taking place.

The fayre is being promoting as a vibrant celebration of flowers, creativity and community and will run from 11am to 4pm.

Involving St Austell BID (Business Improvement District), the White River Place shopping centre and St Austell Town Council, the event will feature a free children’s ride, entertainment, face painting and stalls.

There will be live music on a stage in Aylmer Square and a handmade market in White River Place. Fore Street will feature a variety of stalls including those selling flowers and plants. Meanwhile, the Market House will be hosting an art display.
