Free support is being offered for Cornwall’s front-line workers in the current crisis.
Thera-Sea will be holding one day workshops for Cornwall’s health and social care staff at the Headland Hotel in Newquay on February 22 and March 22. The workshops have been funded by Kernow Workforce Wellbeing Hub.
People will be able to apply for the limited spaces if they work for Cornwall Foundation Trust, Royal Cornwall Hospital, Cornwall Council, Integrated Care Board, Primary Care Networks, South Western Ambulance Service, Devon and Cornwall Police, social care staff and in voluntary sector health roles.
Sessions will include “self regulation and the brain”, the biology of stress and developing a better understand of stress, understanding emotions and how they affect us and understanding the effects of exercise, sleep and nutrition on positive mental health.
