Police have reported that they have been receiving reports of youths in Camborne approaching adults and requesting they purchase vapes and alcohol for them. 

Police say they have visited licensed premises regarding this and are working very closely with licensing to tackle any premise selling to underage youths or adults who are then passing items onto underage youths. 

They are also speaking to all youths they find hanging around in the town to discuss the issues reported and engage with them. 

Police say anyone identified as buying vapes or alcohol for anyone under the age of 18 will be dealt with. They also say they patrol the town in both uniform and plain clothes.
